This is the second time I've order a laser cutting project from this company and I'm super pleased with their customer service, processing time and shipping. I'm from California and have been working with sheet metal cutting services in my area but they kept going up on me to where I was loosing money with my product. Now I'm getting orders done much faster and much cheaper and I'm so thankful I finally pushed myself to reach out to this company. I'm so thankful I went with this company.🙏 Jenny the customer service lady was so great anticipating and answering every concern, promptly responding, walking me through every step and notifying me with updates all along the way giving me assurance and piece of mind by sharing pictures of measurements etc. 😃 I am new to working with CAD files but she patiently helped me with everything💕 After less than 10 days of approving the project it was completed and after just 6 days it was sitting pretty in my hands. The parts were perfect, price is awesome and shipping is reasonable. I'm from So Cal USA and worked with local metal cutting services for over 8 years but they kept getting up on me till they literally tripled their prices on me and they were already expensive to begin with 😩 I'm so happy I went with this company I'm definitely going to be a life long customer with such great service.
